Who this is for

An excellent degree, and no market side.

Your education gave you the science. The market side is a different map.

01 · FRESH GRADUATE

The fresh graduate

You need a map of roles, entry points and a salary reality check.

02 · CAREER PIVOTER

The career pivoter

You need an honest comparison, a segue strategy and a transition timeline.

03 · STUCK PROFESSIONAL

The stuck professional

You need org navigation, promotion mechanics and a framework for when to stay or leave.

The course is built mainly for pharmacists; physicians and nurses who want to enter pharma can benefit too. If you are none of these three, this course is probably not for you.

The house and the seat

Which house? Which seat?

The house is the company. The seat is the function and role. Both can change.

The honest version

“This course won't get you hired. But it will make you the most prepared candidate in the room.”

This is not a motivational course. You did not spend five to six years in pharmacy or medicine school just to be motivated — you came here to understand. The briefing is built by more than fifty senior pharmaceutical industry leaders: directors, vice presidents and global heads with ten to twenty-five years inside the functions they teach, not consultants and not academics. What the course will do: show you every major function and what people actually do there, give you honest salary ranges for your market (illustrative figures, for guidance only), map the entry points including the ones nobody talks about, teach you to negotiate your first offer, and prepare you for Day One. What it will not do is hand you a job — no course can. What it can do is make you the most prepared candidate in the room.

Common questions

Good questions are part of the work.

Is this course right for me?

It is built for three profiles: the fresh graduate who needs a map of the roles and a salary reality check, the career pivoter moving out of clinical practice or academia, and the stuck professional already in pharma who wants to advance or change function. The course is aimed mainly at pharmacists, though physicians and nurses benefit too. If none of those three profiles sounds like you, the course itself says it is probably not for you — and we would rather you know that before you pay.

Will the course get me a job?

No course can do that, and we will not pretend otherwise. What the course does is make you the most prepared candidate in the room: you will know every major function and what people actually do there, you will recognise entry points you had not considered, and you will walk into interviews and negotiations with a system instead of hope.

How long is the course, and how is it delivered?

About 3.5 hours of video across nine chapters plus a wrap-up, delivered online in short lessons you can watch at your own speed. Most lessons also carry additional reading that opens alongside the video, and the course ends with a further-reading PDF of linked sources.

What exactly do I get when I buy?

Every video lesson, the Career Toolkit (PDF and an editable document with templates, checklists and frameworks), the Job Search Tracker spreadsheet, the per-slide readings, and the further-reading PDF. Higher tiers add live coaching on top of the same material.

What is in the Job Search Tracker?

A spreadsheet built around the twelve fields the course teaches — company, role, function, grade, date applied, stage, date of last interaction, next action, next action due, contact, notes and outcome. The method matters more than the file: never apply without entering it first, then review for ten minutes every Sunday evening, spot stuck applications, and plan the next week's outreach. The course's target rhythm is five to ten applications a week, two to three informational interviews a month, and daily LinkedIn engagement.
